I have been getting more and more stressed lately.
I am a single mum (with hassls from dad)
lots odf building work at home
2nd job-fell out with deputy manager and really don't want to work there(am in on weds)
1st job-have a lot more responsibility than i should as I am in charge of my job share(despite never seeing her)as weel as keyworking the child I support(TA) if I take any time off there is no cover for me as noone else can do my job and I feel guilty about the child.
My kids-Feel I don't see enough of them and my parents do everything.
Friends-None-never keep in touch with anyone as no time energy kids stuff etc.
All I want todo when the kids are in bed is sleep.
Its my birthday today and all I wantto do is cry.

cantthink - so sorry you felt so all alone on your b'day.
It sounds as if you have a lot of responsibilities, but are good at attending to them. Remember to tell yourself each day about at least one good thing you have achieved. OF COURSE you are being a ghood Mum, you sound v conscientuous at your job....but it does sound as if you may be depressed rather than stressed?
