I had a jaydess which I hated and so had it removed and a mirena put in about three weeks ago. I cannot fault it so far - having bled constantly for about six weeks after having my coil out and all sorts it’s settled that down within days. However I have noticed my boobs are so so tender and my belly is bloated. I’m also having period like cramps at the moment but no bleed.
Is bloating a side effect people suffered? I feel quite blobby at the moment despite eating pretty well and going for a run three to four times a week! I was worried I might be pregnant but have ruled that out due to being on contraception (on the pill and the coil at one point) and lack of sex due to my constant bleeding!
Is this anything else people have experienced?
