December bus - testing first week of december

Hi all,

AF arrived today so thought I would start a new thread....feel free to join.

First cycle since MMC and ERPC on 1st October, following BFP straight after implant removal.

Bit odd for me, first proper AF in a few years.

Hoping this is the month!

@whatsthecraic91 that's good about your flashing. I tempted to start tomorrow now. I was thinking it's always blank the first day you test to get your base level of estrogen so if I leave it too late it won't notice an increase and flash if estrogen is already high if that makes sense. I was gonna start Friday so one extra stick won't make any difference to the cost. Just worried I won't ovulate till day 21 or later like some months though. Sorry if TMI I feel completely dry so wanted to wait till more CF. So hard to know what to do.

Sorry to hear about SMEP it is a lot of pressure on our partners. We tried but didn't finish the job 🙈 I don't want to make a big deal out of it though cos that'll just make it worse. I can't remember what a normal sex life is like 😂

Another flashing smiley for me today! CD12 I had one blank circle on CD9, then flashing CD10, 11 and 12... going to do an Internet cheapie tonight and see what that brings.

@Nic555 @ceebee21 it can be tricky with DTD planning, my boyfriend is delighted in the first week and by the end of my ovulation window he's worn out nothing left to give 😂😂😂 started the CB ovulation sticks this morning, I had a ⭕️ which was to be expected on CD7 xx

Hey @HalfPenny28 my AF is also due on the 3rd December!! When are you due to ovulate? Earliest I'll test is 10dpo but might catch myself doing an IC sooner than that!! Xx

I actually have no idea when AF is due, as no idea how long my cycles are.

My implant was removed and I had a BFP 28 days later, which suggests perhaps a 28 day cycle...

Then I suffered a MMC and had an ERPC on 1st October.. AF arrived on 2nd November which is day 33!!

Who knows what is going on!

Aww @ceebee21 sounds awful, I also suffered a Mc at 5 weeks in early October, since coming off the pill my cycles vary between 25-27 days x hoping I catch this month and it's a positive pregnancy xxxx

@Nic555 you should definitely start your CBs a couple of day’s before you think you should, you need a baseline so it can see your levels rising. What CD are you & how long are your cycles usually? I order more sticks on eBay if I need them without ordering a whole new pack they are too expensive to be buying all the time! I’ve used the same reader for 3 cycles! I know it’s annoying I just couldn’t get in the mood, someone on another thread recommended preseed lube so I might get it for next cycle if I don’t get my BFP. Would certainly help in those moments!!

@AliSxo I’ll probably wait until 30th Nov which will be 12DPO if I ovulate when I expect! I’m not a really early tester anymore I’ve had way too many BFNs! When are you testing?

@whatsthecraic91 I am Cd10. Since stopping pill I've had a 37, 43, 32, 30 day cycle so hoping I'm back to normal now 🤞I usually spot 12 DPO but ovia count my cycle from when AF arrives fully. I've noticed a bit more CF tonight so hopefully won't be long. I am starting to think which is I ridiculous that because I'm drinking so much water and peeing a ridiculous amount of times it may be washing out my CF not sure if this is even a thing though 😂

Yes get preseed it's really good I use it once I get a flashy. It's not sticky like other lubes xx

And if you can't put it on the conception boards where can you 😂 Just making tea in my Pj's and I swear felt like I'd peed my pants. Lots of EWCM. Not ever seen it like that before. Do you ladies usually get it on the day you ovulate or before? I've not long had a pee though 🙈 do u think I should just wait 4 hours and use an Internet cheapy or use my CB holder from last month to see if I get a static. Then if I don't and it's a fluke start using my new holder from tomorrow to see if I get a flashy.

Kind of wish we finished DTD last night now. Don't think I'll mention it to my husband saves any pressure then x

Hey @Nic555 what cycle day are you? Id test on an internet cheapie and see what that's saying and if it's a good line use the CB digital reader xx just DTD, my boyfriend said he doesn't want to hear when I'm ovulating and wants to just get on with it as and when..: love his calm approach... not!! I had more wetter CM last night and more then night before but think it's because AF was finishing up xx

Plan is to test at 10dpo on Friday 29th - last month I was sick of the BFN's and squinting to try and see a hint of a line xxx

@Nic555 no such thing as TMI here! I would be like that for about 4 days around ovulation! If I were you I would just wait to use FMU then go from there, but I think you may have left it too late if you are getting loads of EWCM.

@AliSxo 10DPO is really early too, try and hold off longer, squinters really mess with your head

@AliSxo day 10 ovulated day 16 last month and noticed more CM from day 10 but not this much .I think men have it easy they have literally nothing to obsess over and all think they have super sperm. I know they feel under pressure to perform but its literally just 5 days a month and then they forget about it. My husband just asked if I'm ovulating. I said I'm not telling him but he said he would prefer to know. Gonna do a cheapy in a bit.

@whatsthecraic91 I think I'll just do an IC and see what it says. My surge never last long at all though so I might be none the wiser after. I've never ovulated this early before. I'm hoping I ovulate in a couple of days so I get more chances in. It was little one big dollop of CM. Not had anymore all day. So weird. If I've ovulated today AF will be due on my birthday so that's going to be even more depressing if it's a negative. X

@AliSxo haha I know what u mean I try to explain it to my husband don't think he gets it either.

Just done an IC and it's negative. Barely anything there. So God knows if I've ovulated today or not. I think I'll do the CB tomorrow morning which will be blank and then take it from there. I can't change anything if I have already ovulated but just means i won't have a clue when AF is due and will be a waste of sticks. Also if I haven't ovulated already but my estrogen has already risen I doubt I'll get flashys this month. Wish I'd tested this morning now but had no signs at all x

I think you're worrying but you've likely not ovulated yet, start the CB digitals tomorrow and see how you go xx

@AliSxo yes I'll do that. My husband thinks it's far too early to ovulate 😂 cos he's an expert. Had no signs until today so hopefully ovulate in few days. Much better than having a long cycle anyway which is a plus x

Cd15 for me and got a postive ic this morning 😊. Dtd cd10, cd13 and cd14. Looks like the next 2 days for me will be busy 😂.

I will also echo that preseed is really good. Helped me get pregnant with my ds the first cycle using it.

Anyone else due to ovulate in the next couple of days?

@Nic555 noo such thing as TMI on here 😀 Though I have experienced the same in the past but never correlated it with ovulation so unsure what that means 😭

Like everyone says, easier to not think about the CD number and just DTD every other day ....that’s probably more stress-free ? Having said that, CD14 and a big fat ⭕️ ....might start DTD tomorrow onwards....I’m so worried of the burnout when the actual ovulation day gets here (if it does!!)

Hiya, took an IC this morning and it is definitely darker, think I will do my CB digital early afternoon if I can wait haha.

Really hoping I get a positive as that will mean I am back to a 26/28 cycle straight after my ERPC for the MMC.

Tried and failed to DTD last night (too dry still) need to order some preseed. According to Ovia my fertile window is in 3 days so I'm just trusting my body at this point and hopefully something happens soon 😊

Today is CD11 for me.

@timswifey yes definitely get preseed it helps in the days leading up to ovulation. I think the pressure and thinking too much can make u dry up so handy to have some in. Sneak off and do it about 20 mins before so it doesn't ruin the moment

Currently trying to hold my wee for another half an hour so I can test. It's hard work 😂

I miscarried earlier this week at 8+3 so we will be trying again in December once everything has calmed down.
