Anyone just starting the TWW..?

Hi all,

Just started the 2WW (I think) as I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday/today based on Flo & the bloatedness I’ve had...just wondered if anyone was at the same stage as me and how they were feeling about it all? This is TTC #1 for me xx

About 3dpo here I think. Hugely bloated and have nausea but I think I get like that after ovulation. That’s sensible me talking.

Not so sensible me thinks they are symptoms similar to when I was pg with Dd.

I’m not making this easy for myself!

I'm glad you're all crazy symptom spotters like me, I just had some mild cramping and convinced myself it's implantation pain haha, highly unlikely!

Ahhh I’m pleased we’re all in the same boat! I think I’m 4DPO and had a teeny bit of sticky white CM today (sorry TMI) cue 15 mins googling its significance 🙈! Determined not to test and wait to see if AF appears, but Sunday would be 10DPO so who knows....! Xx

I’m not exactly sure when 10dpo would be. I was trying to work it out earlier but there are too many variables. Got an ovulation peak on the cb opk on Friday but ovulation could be up to 48hrs after then. So probably......6.2.18? Thinking it might be easier to just wait and see lol

Thought i had some tests in the cupboard, but nope. At least that stops me from testing early! Will try to resist buying one until the weekend.

Just been to the docs for something unrelated. I mentioned I was TTC (didnt say i could actually be pregnant now). Doc said "obviously you need to lose a lot of weight first". Now i know Im overweight + I know the extra risks but now I feel like I shouldnt be TTC. Im trying to lose weight but now i feel like a bad mum before i even an one. Just feel a bit crap.

@pob13 that's terrible person of him. Docs say that kind of thing. I understand their point but they just always want you to lose weight. Every time I go my GP tells me the same. If you are losing weight, just ignore him. You aren't a bad mum at all!!

@Pob13 doctors can be so harsh, I have a good bmi and they even tell me to exercise more! I think they're trying to get everyone on a health kick!
I'm going crazy, last night my nausea was really bad, I nearly threw up and it's been bad at work all morning. Breasts are heavier today for sure and back is starting to hurt. I think our brains like to trick us!!

Hey all. I think I'm only 5dpo but is it okay to join in? I hate the wait between ovulating and either AF coming or testing. I've only been focusing on it like this for the last couple of months. I feel like me and my fiancé really tried this month and timing wise for ovulation did everything "right". So I know I'll start to worry more about my short luteal phase if no luck this month!

Hello ladies with future bumps, can i join?

Ttc nr2, had a miscarriage 3 months ago, so that would be 2 cycle of ttc. Was ovulating friday/saturday, both days had really bad pains with nausea, never ovulating like that, i wonder if im ok 🤔
Anyway want to test on Sunday but thinking if i just should resist as it will be 9 po.
Horrible waiting isn't 🙄

Nope. Implantation might not even have happened yet. Give it a bit longer

well l am 7 dpo and I honestly could have sworn af was on her way. backache, cramps all symptoms of the witch .l don't like listening to my body anymore grrr.

@dragon, I did get tests done after the 1st year mark and all was normal. fell pregnant after 24 cycles and when we were no longer trying that month. sadly it ended in a mmc at 12 weeks .will give it a few more months try then if no luck, I guess just be grateful l have other dc

how is everyone else doing and where are you all in the tww?

I'm trying not to think about my symptoms as every little fart makes me think i might be pregnant. Silly isn't our bodies don't feel sorry for us at all when it comes to 2ww!
I just want to be pregnant and stop seeing other beautiful bumps around me 😖

I thought about testing on Sun as well, @eating, but have decided to try and wait til AF due if I can...easier said than done though! And I’m the same @mimi - I think everything is a sign!

Work is keeping me really busy at the moment, so I’m trying not to think about things too much, other than positive thoughts for us all! Xx

I’m about 6-7dpo I think, and I’m tempted to test on Saturday! Madness!!

My last af was messed up so not sure on dates 100% gonna use FRER in the morning, this was done in the afternoon but with a good hold. Anyone wanna give me a slap?

My Ovia app says I shouldn’t test for 6 more days but I broke and tested today using a Clearblue, I know it’s the FRER that I need to use but just thought I Test with the Clearblue to get rid of it, plus it got the urge to test out of my system
