If lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Hope this works a bit better and please give me feedback Grin Thanks

I've just looked through my present pile (mountain) and have pretty much finished shopping for my two dd's and most of the other kids in the family, but I haven't bought one gift yet for any of the adults, ooops!! Children are so much easier to buy for.

Printer update. No emails, no printer. Amazon showing not yet dispatched.

I daren't add up what I've spent because I can't remember what all the full prices were. I just know I've saved loads. Thanks

Has anyone received their printer yet?

I didn't get a cancellation email and the order says 'dispatched' on the Amazon website.

Its meant to be delivered between now and Monday.

Thanks to the previous poster (think it was HoneyBooBoo sorry if I'm wrong, can't scroll back) for the Verbaudet code. Did 2 orders and got 2 of the free baking sets. Can anyone tell me what is in the set please? Will they be okay for 5/6 year olds?

Goodness me - just jumped on for my normal morning peruse of the latest bargains (I have more than enough already but I just can't help myself) and find that there has been lots of drama on here!!

But since I have missed it I will ignore it and HOPE that all the usual posters who post such fantastic bargains will stay. I owe my left-over Xmas budget to you lovely people who've allowed me to get much cheaper gifts this year thus having more to spend on myself Smile

Keep up the amazing work!!

Hurray, finally got my studio24 code to work. Two nice winter throws on their way, with two toys that my girls won't turn down! No idea why it wouldn't work the other day.

By the way - for anyone that includes chocolate in their family pressies, Homebargains do a good deal on Cadburys Selection Boxes here

Very tempted to get the box of 20 for £15 as DD has lots of cousins and little friends!!

Apologies if someone has already posted this...

Sorry mrswishywashy1, I didn't check this thread before I just gave it to the 1st PM. I definitely wouldn't suggest making up a fake child and then sending ELC an email saying how you never realised they did codes for your little ones birthday and how they'd love so and so.

Thanks everyone for their help. After trying to buy the flavourly box all morning (no exaggeration), I finally asked my computer geek husband to try doing it on his laptop. And it worked first time of course. I asked him why it wouldn't work for me and he said it was something to do with my browser. Aaaaargh!!! That was becoming stressful, lol. Thanks for all your help though everyone.

I have caved and bought a Flavourly box. I don't really trust myself not to just eat it myself tbh.

(and big love to Reastie and Issacc and FlowerJen, don't let anyone get you down Wine)

Alice, I don't know if this helps (at all) but the ASDA dolls house is now down to £35 with a furniture pack for £12. We bought the Toysrus one last year for DD but when we took it out of the box, we weren't overly impressed (it was very shallow...), so bought the ASDA one instead which is much deeper and already painted.

Just in case anyone wants to compare...

The Vertbaudet Baking set is absolutely suitable for a 5-6 year old. It's proper kit made for littler hands. So metal whisk, wooden rolling pin, plastic cutters etc.

Ds and I had a quick peek, and think its great. The whisk is adorable and the cutters are lovely too Smile

Us again

We know a few of you are concerned that we aren't doing enough to prevent people being hounded off the boards. We just wanted to let you know that although you might not be able to see us taking action, we most definitely are.

Moreover, using the name change function to mislead other people about your identity (aka sockpuppeting) on a thread breaks our talk guidelines. Rest assured we will be keeping an eye out for anyone doing this.

As you were.
