CM Club: Should I send baby home????

Baby did lots of big exploding loose poos yesterday that definitely had that 'teething smell' to them (do you know what I mean?). I was pretty sure it was down to teething so just let the mum know.

Today the same, big mess again, a few times. They are loose with mucus but not actually diarreah. She's definitely got a very funny tummy whatever it is (same teething smell but not sure if other things can cause this?)

Anyway, I'd just sent an email to mum at work to ask if she'd been sick at all or had any proper diarreah nappies at home when baby threw up her lunch :(

I just don't know whether she could have a bug or if it's just down to teething. The sick has thrown it a bit for me but she was coughing before she was sick so maybe that so soon after lunch caused it?

She's ok in herself, grumpy now because she's tired but I want to leave it a little longer before putting her down for her nap as she's only just been sick.

What would you do? Should I call parents or see how it goes?

Thanks. Just got a reply from her mum so about to send an update. I'll say it's ok to keep her as I'm fine, will tell her to collect if it happens again.

I was just worried in case I should send her home but I don't think it's D & V.

Thanks :)

I think I would let mum know what is happening, stating that at the moment you're happy to keep her (if you are)but if it happens again then you'd want her collecting.
