To think we've reached peak beard time.

Young men, with tightly woven, manicured beards, that have been trimmed within an inch of their lives. I find them quite unattractive and slightly pubey.

Do young women actually like these beards?

I've always had a thing for facial hair on blokes so the trend wasn't to bad for me.

BUT I much prefer grungy/metal beards than the over manicured 'perfect' hipster beards. Always have. Thankfully DP has this (complete with long hair).

Bleurgh! No! No! No! DP probably would grow a beard but I kick up a fuss at slightly too much stubble. His face is gorgeous! Why cover it with pubes?!?

There are so many times I see a man with a beard and think there's a good looking man under all that lot, and probably a younger looking one too.

Yeah there is the odd exception where someone really suits it but in general beards are very aging

Beards - making ugly men semi shaggable when combined with skinnies, since 2012.

nolongersurprised · 01/10/2016 11:24

I like beards. Pre DC I liked the pretty, skinny, androgenous type of look but now that I've grown up I do like a beard and chest hair. DH is sporting a beard and it suits him.

TheStoic · 01/10/2016 11:31

Love beards on men. LOVE THEM. Send all the bearded men to me.

Sparklingbrook · 01/10/2016 11:36

I do quite like a moderately hairy chest.

Absolutely no to a hairy back.

BeingATwatItsABingThing · 01/10/2016 13:51

Quite like a bit of hair on the chest and when DP removed his downstairs hair, I just laughed. But hair on the back? No!!!
