The other one is nearly full. So as KJK is about to go off to Australia we may as well start another one

I've watched that vid and various other footage a few times now. Awestruck by KJK and what she has achieved. We are lucky and then some to have her.

BoreOfWhabylon · 07/02/2023 14:07

I came to share the video but I see many are before me! Grin

Here it is, here it is. It's only short, but

It's bloody brilliant.

Has anyone seen the film by Alice the Journalist on YouTube about the Glasgow event? It is excellent.

Got a link?

WomanXXWorldsOriginsofMothersofAllNations · 07/02/2023 13:56

...just a little overdone.

That film. All the amazing women. It's definitely the heat from the oven that's made my eyes water.

Could someone save a couple for Beetle?

Wish I'd taken one with me now. I'm sat outside waiting for my appointment as they are closed for lunch.

Just watched that video up thread.

It's the biting wind that is making my eyes water.

Honest.

Misiecle · 07/02/2023 13:39

Oh that film. I was watching with tears in my eyes. All the aspects of being human and female devoured by this greedy ideology that wants it all - our language, our bodies, our spaces - even our medical diagnoses. Fabulous women.

Clymene · 07/02/2023 13:26

Oh wow. That film. Wow.

mrshoho · 07/02/2023 13:25

<swings open the saloon doors and takes a seat>

I have cheddar and onion McCoy's and will later raise a glass to Kellie wishing her a successful visit to Australia. Go KJK 👍💪👏

picklemewalnuts · 07/02/2023 13:13

How was Glasgow from a policing point of view? Did it feel safer? As in, women were able to speak without men throwing their weight around?

DialSquare · 07/02/2023 13:05

A sandwich or just one after the other. And so on!

IcakethereforeIam · 07/02/2023 13:03

Thanks, for the link to the video Datun, I've just watched it and....damn, my muffins......!

MiladeeBeserko · 07/02/2023 13:02

Oh stop showing off you lot.

You can't construct a logical argument AND bake, you know.

PomegranateOfPersephone · 07/02/2023 13:01

Fantastic! Thank you for the new thread and for the link to the video.

Blueberry and chocolate is the way to go.

Ooh like a sandwich?

This isn't helping. In real life I'm not allowed any sugar...I'd love any muffin right now.

Just watched it @Justme56 - I'm not crying, you are.

Boiledbeetle · 07/02/2023 12:54

You're just doing this to torment me. I'm all washed and teeth cleaned.

Looks fondly at food and leaves for appointment.

DialSquare · 07/02/2023 12:48

AlisonDonut · 07/02/2023 12:44

What a conundrum...blueberry or chocolate...blueberry or chocolate...my head hurts.

<puts kettle on>

IcakethereforeIam · 07/02/2023 12:40

Hi, I've been baking. Anyone want a blueberry muffin? The choc chip ones will be done in about 10 mins. Is the kettle on?

AlisonDonut · 07/02/2023 12:39

SinnerBoy · 07/02/2023 12:08

Hob Nob? The Laldi version is the same and almost half price!

Oh newbie newbie newbie, mine are [always] all home made.

Using Twink's hobknob recipe from the old Money Saving Expert forum don't you know.
