Baffled that the pre school response was “children don’t know what erotic is”. So if the children are so innocent they don’t know what it is, why are they trying to teach them? My son picks out all sorts in the illustrations of his book and asks what it is. Not sure how I’d explain that one. If my kid’s preschool had reacted the same way, I’d be doing the same as these parents. Totally mismatched sense of values.
Also worth saying: Beautifully done illustrations, just a big old shame what they actually are.
