I'm not depressed. While it does show what a mess it is, the article also shows a sensible path out without falling foul of the ECHR.

So, you can get one of these certificates. But nobody's allowed to ask you if you have one or not. But never mind, you don't need one anyway.

Have it got it right?

Such a powerful point. So much of this enshrines the rights of dodgy men to breach the boundaries of girls and women. Reversing this so that safeguarding once again becomes the priority is critical.

Thank you for this OP. The power that men who claim to be women have had in recent years is quite staggering. It's so helpful to see it laid out like this.
