They've got form for throwing women out for such a thing. I wonder if as a man I will get the same treatment?

No, you will be fine. Though I forgot to say it is always a good idea to take a friend to film you having a screaming entitled man meltdown with the barista just in case you need to go viral .Remember to use your very special important words and always listen out carefully in case they misgender you.

It could be connect to breast cancer? Trying to be generous

Just to be on the safe side borrow a baby to take with you. Explain that you are a man trying to establish breast feeding even though you aren’t actually lactating and skin to skin is just as important as the cocktail of banned drugs you are taking.

Might bimble into Costa tomorrow with my tits out. I'm sure they'll be very inclusive and appreciate me being unashamedly myself.

Don't fret, I'll make sure I self ID as a man just before I push the door open So it's all above board. That's how this shit works right?

Why are trans men nipples ok for public viewing and lady nipples not? I mean they are the same nipples, they haven’t changed their DNA. Is it now ok for a trans woman to show their nipples in public because, well technically they are still male nipples? Does this mean that the Starbucks mermaid can have her nipples back?

imed · 01/08/2023 09:31

Well my group of walkers(10) meet and finish up in Costa .
Not any more.

Vebrithien · 01/08/2023 09:27

Thread in AIBU now.

Time to let more sunlight in?

Cazzovuoi · 01/08/2023 09:22

'We want everyone that interacts with us to experience the inclusive environment that we create, to encourage people to feel welcomed, free and unashamedly proud to be themselves. The mural, in its entirety, showcases and celebrates inclusivity.' (from the Mail article)

Except if you’re a lactating female with an infant to feed. You can fuck off.

That tweet contains so many TRA campaign cliches it could almost be a spoof.

I did double check it wasn't a parody account before sharing!

It is absolutely wicked to try to 'normalise' this, and it it very concerning it now seems to be being very deliberately pushed into the mainstream.

Confirmedwitch · 01/08/2023 08:59

I won’t link to a petition in case it gets zapped but I saw they had used this image which effectively conveys what Costa are advertising.

"Completely routine and normal", though

How surprising that the doctor:

  • operating a commercial enterprise supplying puberty-blockers and cross-sex hormones to children;
  • who was prosecuted for failing to comply with UK law while running a clinic engaging in that business;
  • whose husband - qualified in an entirely different medical specialism - was struck off the medical register for failing to provide adequate care to a vulnerable young patient who then committed suicide, after he switched to working for his wife’s puberty-blocker and cross-sex hormone selling business;
would make public statements wholly denying the clinical risks to patients associated with other aspects of the commercial sector she operates in.

That tweet contains so many TRA campaign cliches it could almost be a spoof.

BabyStopCryin · 01/08/2023 08:30

I believe they are called kissee lips or some such. Reminds me of those women you see with crazy lip implants. A dirty mind would only imagine why…

BabyStopCryin · 31/07/2023 22:13

Wonder if that’s puffer-fish lip-plumper a too?

It’s a goatee beard, isn’t it?

BabyStopCryin · 01/08/2023 08:20

I wonder how many people have deleted their apps (and told them why). Me for one.

My aunt died from BC. It was devastating. A colleague has recently had a mastectomy because they found she had BC.

It’s not a bloody fashion accessory. When do these companies ever run campaigns for BC awareness? This is like a sick joke.

What next? Jolly bulemic cartoon characters vomiting up rainbow joy?

temosmail · 31/07/2023 23:43

And why is that?

Is there any reason why I have to justify my purchasing decisions to you? FTR I haven't been in Greggs or Specsavers or my local computer shop either.

If you want to know why that won't be changing, RTFT.

Annaishere · 01/08/2023 08:08

It’s like we’re being advertised to to be trans

MrsJamin · 01/08/2023 07:55

*uninstalled

MrsJamin · 01/08/2023 07:54

This is utterly horrendous. I have:

  • sent an email to Costa via their contact us link on the app saying I will never buy from them again
  • selected to deleted my account in the app.
  • u installed the app
If you are going to boycott Costa please do tell them and delete your account too. This is the way we give them a clear indication you mean business.
merrymelodies · 01/08/2023 07:14

Wow. Mind blown.

broomers · 01/08/2023 07:06

I won't share the article link because it's on the Daily Mail but saw Dr Martens apparently being criticised for promoting these boots by an artist that claims periods have no gender!

Did Webberly mean to say this was a mental health issue?

That removal of healthy breast tissue is imperative to treat a mental health issue?

Gosh! I wonder if she realizes yet that she has gone off script, the extreme trans activists must be popping. What a slip up.

Of course, most everyone else realises that extreme body modification surgeries and drugs are most certainly not standard treatment and should never be considered ‘routine and normal procedure’.

The equivalent is offering gastric sleeves to anorexics surely?
