Bollocks is Anne being 'attacked' and 'forced back into the closet'. Anne's being forced to realise that there are boundaries as to how much Anne can use other people. That they feel shame over their actions and do not like hearing the word 'no' is not a failing in other people's tolerance.

In all fairness, transwomen like Anne and Anne's friend Lexi from the Guardian article may well have had abuse from people about their choice of clothes.

However, in Anne's own words, when Anne attacked the receptionist for her "gender insensivity" (and then pulled it back with a passive aggressive "let's all learn to do better" follow-up message, apparently Anne has never been treated as if Anne isn't a woman until that day.

How very confusing for Anne that Anne can't remember these attacks that Anne talks about.

Anne has not been attacked, the only people who have been publicly attacked are Myra and the anonymous receptionist at the spa. Anne has been shown in Anne’s true colours, which is not an attack but a revelation.

The determination in itself speaks volumes. These people will stop at nothing to get access to their victims. (And yes, that's what they are; Anne in spite of this protestation is not a victim, but an aggressor).

Anne Coombes is riding roughshod over the rights, privacy and dignity of women and girls, and somehow claims to be surprised that they object.

The obvious expectation was that these inferior females roll over and capitulate to Anne's wants without a murmur of dissent, and a refusal to do this now constitutes a full-scale 'attack' on poor, badly-done-to Anne.

This movement has perfected the art of DARVO at its finest.
