Men aren't stronger and faster than women

Gender critical people are stopping women from succeeding in sport by reinforcing the sexist stereotype that women and girls are slower and weaker than men. Apparently.
I know the Guardian are very biased on Trans issues. But this article has really shocked me. How can they publish something like this and still call themselves a quality newspaper? Or even a "news"paper?
Favourite quote: "Their strategy also tries to limit our athletic success and opportunities by reinforcing sexist notions of cisgender girls and women as the “weaker, slower sex”. This cisgender men began segregating sports by sex initially."

Now more than ever, cis female athletes must show solidarity with trans athletes (msn.com)

This is Vice news not the guardian?
Vice news is a propaganda outlet designed to appeal to the young, nothing about it is genuine.
(You could say the same for the guardian sadly, but it was not always like that).

Bloody hell, that's so wrong in so many aspects I don't know where to start. Women's sport was not segregated from men because men wanted to reinforce that women were weaker. Women's sports essentially didn't exist until women pushed and pushed to be allowed to participate.

And yet bizarrely, since records began, the fastest runners out of all humans have always been male. The humans who can lift the biggest weights have all been male. The fastest swimmers of all the swimmers, male. Throwers who can throw the furthest, male.

If only we'd told girls they could outrun Usain Bolt if they believed in themselves enough. That's where we went wrong.

TBH I think once the money for female sports reached decent levels, it was inevitable that male athletes would try and cheat their way in.

I wouldn't even give it space by clicking the link. It's so wrong to not acknowledge biological differences. If it's not true, then world records for men and women in swimming and athletics would be the same. These are sports that can be compared without both sexes in the same league.
