Ignoring the rest of it, complaining about a minority being "left out" of a "mainstream narrative" is oxymoronic.

It's just a pompous way of complaining you're not getting enough attention.

I couldn’t get beyond the use of “he” beneath the photo to refer to the woman in labour. Assuming she really is in labour and it’s not a man pretending to be in labour 🤷‍♀️

If you are breastfeeding your child you should should be comfortable calling it breastfeeding.

It's not an official medical organisation calling it body feeding. It's a trans person talking about their experience using language they feel comfortable with.
Personally I prefer to use the term breastfeeding and so does the nhs. I can't figure out what your problem is.
