I know women who refer to him as a hero. I really can’t understand why. If I had a young teenage son wondering about his sexuality, I’d be keeping old Pete far away from him. For the avoidance of doubt, I would feel the same about an adult woman showing the same kind of interest in a teenager.

If he really is world-renowned, I'd say it's for his gay rights campaigns and not for his gender bollix ones.

But he really has no idea what he's taking about.

The thing is really, once a person wishes you to understand and respect their alternative facts and reality in one aspect of life, you can't really expect them to objectively be in touch with reality and facts in other aspects of life.

Would this be a functioning womb, or a neo womb similar to a neo vagina ie. a cavity? However much men may like to think of women's anatomy as being a bit like a child's toy where you can slot things in and out the reality is far more complex.
