Sorry if there's already a thread that I missed, but I haven't seen one. FWS are appealing the Haldane judgement (the one that put "legal sex" where we'd really expect and want "sex"). I just donated: you might want to too. Can't post the link here but if you Google

crowdjustice equality act sex biological

you'll find it.

Over 30 grand! Hopefully, there will be enough time to garner the final quarter of the money required.

Boiledbeetle · 18/05/2023 09:56

sigh...by the time it gets to 8 days!

Might as well update total whilst I'm correcting the above

£30,474

Boiledbeetle · 18/05/2023 09:54

£30,419 . Looking forward to seeing what the figure is buy the time out gets to 8 days at 12pm. (Still hate the day change at lunchtime!)

£29,924 come on...So want it to break into the last £10K

Beginningless · 18/05/2023 08:34

It’s creeping up! I’ve donated already but bumping to keep thread in active.

Boiledbeetle · 18/05/2023 08:27

AutumnCrow · 18/05/2023 08:22

I think it’ll cross the £30,000 threshold by lunchtime, which will be a big morale boost.

It’s going up slowly but surely, partly due to those retweets.

£29,814 already so I'm hoping earlier! 😁

ArabeIIaScott · 18/05/2023 08:23

Amazing.

will be gardening later, will put in a few beans.

AutumnCrow · 18/05/2023 07:30

Morning all. The amount pledged this morning stands at £29,654.

From 1,085 donors.

Boiledbeetle · 18/05/2023 07:29

£29,654

£10,346 to go

This is totally doable.

It is!

SinnerBoy · 18/05/2023 00:44

AutumnCrow · Today 00:30

I suppose it hasn't yet, hopefully tomorrow, with a bit of luck. I'll let you know if I get a reply.

Boiledbeetle · 18/05/2023 00:41

It's definitely looking a lot more doable now. 8 1/2 days left

£29,349 so £10,651 left to go.

Fingers crossed.

AutumnCrow · 18/05/2023 00:30

It's really good to all the individual small pledges from over a thousand women and men - the last three shown were for £10, £5, and £25.

(@SinnerBoy I guess yours is still to be added?)

It's really important to show that this is grass roots stuff, not just 'one big donor'.

AutumnCrow · 18/05/2023 00:24

It is currently showing £29,324.

That's from 1,066 pledges.

SinnerBoy · 18/05/2023 00:11

Maybe £29,304? If they move my donation....

Boiledbeetle · 17/05/2023 23:59

Started today on £24,682 end on £29,284.

Boiledbeetle · 17/05/2023 23:33

Hopefully this will help give it another boost:
