(My friends DiL has a DSD. Her particular chromosome disorder comes with various health problems including heart. It seems very wrong to trivialise illness/disability.)

"Intersex" - which is a dreadful expression used when people mean DSDs- has literally zero connection to Trans. None at all

All DSDs are sex/gender specific

I really am not being snarky but nothing in the article says how intersex people are included on the train. Is it just the symbol on the flag?
