The population of Scotland is about 95% white and that is skewed by people of Pakistani and Indian ethnicity in Glasgow and to a smaller extent Edinburgh. Taking them out of the equation would push it around 98%

I really, really hope the SNP members pick him. That should kill separatism for many years.

Yousaf put it out as an agreed settlement. The nursery were very publicly saying it was a climb down and "bring it on" . They said they would have been happy to have their day in court.

Ah right. IIRC it sounded odd as they wanted a PT place and someone else got an offer but I thought it was FT that got offered. That's how it goes in nurseries as they need the income. Same as if you work PT Tues-Weds-Thurs, you're going to struggle as those are the popular days.

There was someone at the Holyrood Protest against men in female prisons that was handing out flyers about the petition. I took a handful to distribute in my area. Is there anyway to get more of them? I have a couple of friends who might be able to help get them out in their areas too.

I’ve been assuming I can self identify as Scottish and an SNP member to cast my vote? Hell maybe I will just self identify as an MSP and go straight for the top job, no one will mind will they? I once had a tartan kilt as a teenager and I’ve been to both Edinburgh and Glasgow
