It’s what happens right now all across the UK so why is it wrong?

Currently, men with a GRC that says they are female are automatically assigned to the female estate and then assessed, and men without a GRC who say they are female but don’t have the correct paperwork go to the male estate and are then assessed.

That’s why TRAs say Karen White happened due to a failure of the existing process.

If Adam Graham had a new Scottish style GRC he would’ve automatically been assigned to the female estate while being assessed.

I think there will always be hardcore believers. Belief can be so deeply tied up to identity that it can be impossible to let go of- even in the face of incontrovertible evidence.
Or, some might do a complete 180 and become extreme (hateful) on the other side- like reformed drinkers/smokers/born again religious fanatics- attacking via others the part of themselves they are now disowning.
Human nature and behaviour will follow for this as with everything else I think.

At what point does a male with mal intent become 'unsafe' to be in female single sex spaces??? Knowing that most rapists are never caught, or even reported.

They cannot logic their way out of this. They can only try to band aid over it and try the 'well, MOST aren't so why discriminate against them'. To which we continue to push, 'why do we discriminate against ALL males'.

And then they really cannot come up with anything believable as to why them as a special group will get consideration....

I am full of glee but also experiencing a massive surge of fury at everyone who let this happen — and in some cases are still letting it happen. It's now 25 years since I watched someone I knew transition from male to female and become a misogynistic ar**le. I had no idea what it was about then, but I knew it wasn't good for women. It must be getting on for 15 years ago that a man turned up in a women's group with make-up and women's clothing and insisted on his right as a woman to stay there. He went on to infiltrate Women's Aid and all the other single-sex organisations in the area and cause massive fall-out.

I've been shouting and waving a red flag ever since then and I'm furious that so many people ignored something so obviously wrong for so many years. I want people held accountable and names named. I want Ruth Hunt deprived of her title. I want another female member of the HoL who bullied and threatened Tanni Grey-Thompson (a disabled member of the HoL) because TGT spoke up strongly for single sex loos, to be named and shamed. I want Susie Green in jail. I want Kathleen Stock and others who've been harassed and bullied to receive apologies from the institutions that supported their torment and I want the people who did it to be sacked. And of course I want justice for all the young people who've been sterilised and mutilated because no one in a position of responsibility and power was prepared to stand up and say no.
