Apparently it was part of an "anyone can skate" segment and included some kids, people with disabilities etc.

I just don’t understand. Why was this person picked if they can’t ice skate? Am
i missing something? Normally transgender athletes outperform biological women which is why they get their spot. What’s the story here?

Totally. It's not enough that a spot has been taken, it clearly hasn't been earnt.

I feel like it's throwing it in our faces at this point.
