Mark Hamill is a “transphobe” for liking JK’s tweet

PissedOffAmericanWoman · 25/01/2023 15:18

India Whilloughby Made a tweet saying that they are more of a woman than JK Rowling.

JK said “Citation needed”

Mark Hamill liked the tweet. Fans thought it might be an accident. But to their dismay it was not as he liked other tweets in the passed. Not they are sad because they HAVE to cancel him.

It must be exhausting being a TRA. It’s nice to kick back and just enjoy life not worrying about trying to force everyone to think like me. It’s actually a huge relief.

From what I've seen most cis-women don't seem to care about sharing a facility with a transwomen, it's generally gender criticals who make a fuss. There have been cases of gender critical cis women having a go at another cis-woman they incorrectly thought was trans.

Julie Bindel has said she's shouted at cis-women because they didn't object to a transwoman being in the facilities.

So who are the ones causing problems and disturbances?

By the way readers. This poster has also had pointed out to them that the use of dehumanizing terms such as ‘gender criticals’ which is grammatically should read ‘the gender criticals’, an attempt at dehumanising is done to allow women to be vilified more easily.

This poster has over numerous threads also laughed off violence against women that they don’t agree with.

This is indeed an example of how dehumanising works. A dehumanised group is easy to laugh off violent acts because they are seen as sub-human and / or not righteous enough to protect from violence.

I see you are still peddling false information. The polls all show that if women know a male has a penis that they should not use single sex services.

As women wake up, the support for even males with inverted penises is dropping very quickly.

You have been on the threads where this has been discussed and links provided.

What do you hope to achieve here really?

I think it could be considered deliberate lies now.

ComfortablyDazed · 25/01/2023 18:18

@MargaritaPie - with self-ID, how do we tell who are trans and who are chancers?

SpideyCraw · 25/01/2023 18:17

I would also love you to read the article published by BBC and point me to where the “extreme hate speech” referred to by Pink News is

SpideyCraw · 25/01/2023 18:17

MargaritaPie · 25/01/2023 17:57

www.thepinknews.com/2021/11/03/lily-cade-bbc-trans-transphobia/

Or the side calling for the execution and genocide of transpeople? (I can cherry-pick too)

If Lily Cade has said what she is quoted as saying in that article, that is indefensible.

I am really disappointed though if you’re trying to deny that trans activism has a significant problem with abusive and threatening behaviour. There are loads of examples of it, but very few examples of feminists being threatening in return. It’s rather more prevalent on one side.

This actress was then given a platform by the BBC for an anti-trans article to be seen by everyone.

You misspelled

"You're right, it is truly appalling that this twisted ideology has led to this piss-taking serial rapist being locked up with vulnerable women. I have backed the wrong horse and have dedicated my time to enabling men like him to destroy more women's lives. I have made some terrible, terrible wrong turns in my life, and I'm going to delete my account and go away and think about how i can make amends for it."

You're very fucking welcome.

lifeinthelastlane · 25/01/2023 17:59

Sorry, but I am more appalled at the actions of a whole group of elected representatives standing for photos with those placards than the threats of one porn actress I've never heard of. Both wrong; which has more impact?

Here's a photo of the delightful, fragrant multiple rapist 'Isla' who is now in a women's prison after being convicted of raping at least two women.

Those red leggings - what an interesting fashion choice. It's almost like he is actually revelling in taking the piss out of all the total fucking idiots, sex criminals, child molesters, men's rights activists and stupid fucking wankers who have enabled this stupid fucking ridiculous clown world bullshit to happen.

Evidence shows transpeople are more likely to be victims of crime than commit it, and trans hate crime is increasing.

www.gov.scot/publications/updated-study-characteristics-police-recorded-hate-crime-scotland/

that wasn’t my question. This was my question:

Isnt the evidence that trans women offend against women at a similar rate to males as a whole? Why do you think someone identifying as trans is some kind of protective factor such that they are Les than a risk than any other anatomically male person?

The point is that the risk factor posed to women is because of someone’s sex not because of someone’s gender. Most trans women are not predators but why do you think they are any less likely to be a risk to women that any other male person?

incidentally I do agree that trans people face hate and are a marginalised group. I completely condemn any hate crime against a trans person. I don’t agree that this means that we cannot have a discussion about female only spaces.

MargaritaPie · 25/01/2023 17:55

I think there's been some confusion over this and a final decision is still to be made...

And? So? What?

The final decision should be 'are you a man? then you go to the men's prison'.

Lovely again that you have completely refused to thank me for providing you a link that you demanded, and also lovely to see your total and absolute lack of care about the victims of this rapist fucker. Because fuck women, right? Collateral damage in the relentless campaign to put dicks absolutely bloody everywhere.

Fucking wankers.

Congratulations on playing your small part in getting this violent rapist locked up with some of the most damaged vulnerable women in society.

There would be no 'system' to be played or 'gamed' if people without morals, without compunction, without care for the rights and safety of women and girls hadn't dedicated their lives to forcing men in absolutely bloody every single place in the world.

Just fucking sick of it.

lifeinthelastlane · 25/01/2023 17:56

Talking a lot on the news in Scotland about the risk assessments this rapist will go through to be in the women's prison. Oddly enough I don't think merely preventing him from raping any female prisoners he's housed with solves the problem - why should those women have to share facilities with an intact biological male who they know hates women enough to rape them? It causes harm even if he never rapes another woman.

It's the males in the single sex facilities. Hth

Enjoying learning about the rapist? I must have missed the bit where you thanked me for sending you the link you so rudely demanded.

Perhaps victims of people mistaking them for predatory chances who are merely pretending to be trans? Both women and trans women suffer for these sort of rulings. Due to the predatory chances and then those who will go after them and anyone who may be mistaken for them.

Rather than say, rape or murder.

-The predatory chancers aren't trans, they're just predatory chancers as you say.

-Permitting transpeople to live life as the sex they identify as including which facilities they use has not been proven to put women in danger here or abroad (including countries where transpeople don't face the extreme scrutiny as they do here). It isn't backed by evidence.

-Predatory chancers who may potentially commit a serious crime like rape aren't going to follow whatever the rules are for transpeople are they? They aren't going to go through all the time and effort to live as a woman or obey any rules that say they can't access a certain area, if they're a rapist they will do what they want.

With self-ID, how do we tell who is trans and who is a chancer?

PetitPorpoise · 25/01/2023 17:45

The concerns of GC people are that Self ID means that creepy, predatory men won't have to go through any time and effort at all to 'prove' they are a woman. There will simply be an open door to e.g women's prisons full of vulnerable women rather than a men's prison should they prefer it.

This really is the heart of the matter. I have every sympathy with people who feel unable to express their personality and align that with their natural body. But this removes safeguards for 50% of the population to appease a tiny fraction of people and that is neither fair nor proportionate.

We know that people will predate on children, that’s why we have safeguarding. We don’t say “why bother, they’ll do it anyway”. Similarly women need reasonable protection from predatory males (even though some males will still try to abuse and rape). That should include no male bodied people in prisons/wards etc, whether those male bodied people say they are women (chancer or trans, how to tell?), or not.
