A woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Happened in Scotland. She hasn’t been sentenced yet - but where will she serve her sentence? In the womens prison?!
This is going to mean some serious discussions and tough times for the Scottish government. But it was surely only a matter of time before something like this happened.

Born a man, committed crime as a man should be punished as a man and will die a man. no matter what transitions he has, he is a male.

This world is seriously fucked up if he gets sent to a womens prison

nilsmousehammer · 24/01/2023 16:30

People with power enacting their personal religious mania upon women.

A violent sex offender, who preys on women, put straight into a women's prison. With a requirement that everyone plays the game that it's something other than it is for the sex offender's benefit and ignores the cost to the new buffet of victims.

Fuck. That.

I do not share this belief, I won't participate and I won't fucking lie about it.

Sentence deferred until 28 Feb.

AIBUYESYES · 24/01/2023 16:28

If you are a man who wants to be a woman, why would you want to put your penis in a woman at all? Especially violently.

The man is clearly a man as the pink leggings he is wearing give a very clear indication he has a penis, still.

If Nicola Sturgeon really believe trans women are women then she should intervene to ensure this ‘person’ is sent to a woman’s prison. If she doesn’t, why won’t she?

Nicola Sturgeon is an absolute bitch who won't give a fuck about the women of Conton Vale. Or any other bugger in Scotland.

Her only concern is getting Scotland independent and her name in the history books.

SockGoddess · 24/01/2023 16:22

They could at least base it on penises. I don't think any males should be in a female prison, but they could mitigate it by saying no sex offenders and no penises. If you commit sex offences and have a penis you are OBVIOUSLY a serious danger to women, so should not be there. If they don't want to cause offence to sex-offending criminal chancers, they could still call them a woman but say no sex-offending women with penises (sigh Hmm) to be housed with female prisoners.

I mean it's not the right answer but it's one that you'd think even these fuckwits could work with.

Charlize43 · 24/01/2023 16:22

Surely not allowing them to identify as women until they've had genital surgery (castration) would make sense, don't you think?

I'm 55 so apologies if my views are old fashioned.

@TheNoonBell , I compared this bollocks, especially the SE/PSHE shit they teach in school, to the cultural revolution a couple of years ago (because you start with the kids, catch them early before their critical thinking skills are developed), and was deleted for it. Just the other day, someone much cleverer than me on a podcast said the same thing. People have started to wake up to what all of this "be kind" culture really is - as you alluded, a dangerous movement, looking for the complete dismantling of our social and political structure - but way too late. They should have been listening to woman warning about this 5,10 years ago.

Agreed. They play upon our being agreeable and have weaponised it for their own very dark ends.

I just openly call them out now.

Everyone should be up in arms at this. Everyone. The reason why this ideology has become so pervasive is that many thought it was / think it is benign and blithely went along with it. If a majority of people stood up and called it out, we might get some rationale back before it’s too late.

I think many people just do not know the full extent of this ideology. Sunlight is helping many people to see it now though. Unfortunately, many of the people going along with it it know full well how it will have a detrimental affect women and girls. They just don't give a fuck.

Hopefully in prison he won't be able to wear that ridiculous wig and everyone will be able to see the obviously male face, complete with tattoos.

I really wouldn't bet on it. It seems to be a human rights issue to allow these men all the accoutrements necessary to "present as a woman", even in prison.

AlecTrevelyan006 · 24/01/2023 16:19

Thing is, if you truly believe that trans women are women then it’s complicated logical to place trans women criminals in women’s prisons. Because, of course, once you say trans women are women except in circumstances x, y and z’ then the whole house cards falls down.

SidewaysOtter · 24/01/2023 16:18

It's like he is getting off on it by flaunting it

Oh, I’m sure that would NEVER happen.

SockGoddess · 24/01/2023 16:17

It's not as if I've only just woken up to this, but I'm still upset. How fucking awful.

What is wrong with people? What would it take exactly for "TWAW"/"be kind" types to see that they are being PLAYED? If this charmer tried any other disguise and said he had to go to a dog pound or a young person's unit instead or was disabled or something, we'd see though it, we'd understand he posed a risk and as a CRIMINAL, is likely to be trying to pull a fast one. FFS!

And even if he really thinks he's a woman, so fucking what - he's still not, he's still a danger to women, how can you be so stupid?

Will this man’s crimes therefore be recorded as being committed by a woman?

Of course they will.

This is so bliddy disheartening!

Crime statistics skewed, woman being blamed for men's crimes, and worst of all, women being put at risk by being forced to share spaces - prisons, toilets, changing rooms, hospital wards etc - with men who are almost by definition a danger.

Not all TW are a threat to women, but a disproportionally high percentage of sexually violent men seem to be claiming trans status. I can't imagine why . . .

Chersfrozenface · 24/01/2023 16:12

FrancescaContini · 24/01/2023 15:56

Yep.
What an appalling mess Scotland is in 😡

It's not just Scotland that's a mess. Crimes committed by men are regularly recorded as committed by women in England and Wales, too.

In the 2020 report on Women in the Criminal Justice System, a note in the introduction says
"Throughout this report we refer to sex rather than gender, because the binary classification better reflects how individuals are generally reported or managed through the CJS. For example, prisons are either male or female institutions, with prisoners normally placed based on their legally recognised gender. However, given the range of recording practises (see technical guide for details) throughout the CJS, it is likely that most recording includes a mixture of physiological and personal identity."

In other words, recording is an unholy mess.

He's still a man, not she.

HufflepuffRavenclaw · 24/01/2023 16:10

The Sun journalist Graham Mann - whoever he is - gets it. Has put speech marks round "her penis" and "dead name" and they have the before and after pictures featured prominently.

Proudofitbabe · 24/01/2023 16:10

What a travesty. Men don't belong in Female prisons regardless of genitalia (and the idea they can is what has led to this absurd situation we're now in).

But this fella takes the cake. Nothing but a pervert parading his rapey male junk in tight shiny leggings, loving it - and the system is pandering away! It's absolutely scandalous.

KateBalesCardi · 24/01/2023 13:28

Glad he's been found guilty but that opens up new concerns about which prison estate he will be sent to, men's or women's?

Its Scotland so its been reported as a crime committed by a woman and it will be a women’s prison. I love Scotland (I live there but I’m not Scottish) but I hate the SG, they’re 100% in on gender politics, no matter who it hurts.

TheNoonBell · 24/01/2023 16:09

More proof of the neo-marxist infestation of our institutions.

They don't even hide it and use the phrase "the long march through the institutions". Copied from Chairman Mao

The fact that you can clearly see his male penis in the Daily Mail photos suggests that he isn't trying too hard with the 'girlie days'

Aww but look at her super long girly nails and she’s got a really cute pink girly wheelie case…..she’s got being a girl down to a tee. She obviously must know exactly what being a girl is…..

Fucking fuming.

Someone ask that eejit Nandy if she would still agree with sending this POS to a women's prison...
