A woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Happened in Scotland. She hasn’t been sentenced yet - but where will she serve her sentence? In the womens prison?!
This is going to mean some serious discussions and tough times for the Scottish government. But it was surely only a matter of time before something like this happened.

I have not seen anything like this defence of women on the main channels. Why is only GB News making any noises in support of women? Why are they the only channel giving Rosie Duffield a platform?

That is what the rapist is scared of-
being assaulted because of their crime.

I think many people just do not know the full extent of this ideology. Sunlight is helping many people to see it now though. Unfortunately, many of the people going along with it it know full well how it will have a detrimental affect women and girls. They just don't give a fuck.

Did you see Moyle's disgraceful exhibition in the HoC shouting the place down in response to Miriam Cates comments that the Scottish Gender Recognition Bill ""vastly easier for a predator to get access to children, to change their sex, to change their gender, with an eye to exploiting loopholes of accessing children and women in particular". And his pathetic non-apology because he got called out on twitter.

It was shameful! And what was worse was that Starmer didn't do a damn thing about it! Nor about Rosie Duffield coming under abuse from her own party about the same subject.

You'd have thought so - but this is Scotland under the SNP, where men are given all the access they want to single sex spaces and where grinning politicians stand in front of placards calling for terfs to be decapitated.

Men commit around 99% of sex crimes. It's the same all over the world. Having a new identity doesn't make them any less likely to be violent.

Thing is, if you truly believe that trans women are women then it’s complicated logical to place trans women criminals in women’s prisons. Because, of course, once you say trans women are women except in circumstances x, y and z’ then the whole house cards falls down.

Oddly enough, it's not TWAW in all circumstances as long as it benefits males. Primogeniture is unaffected if someone changes gender. A transman (female) still wouldn't inherit before younger brothers.

Its Scotland so its been reported as a crime committed by a woman and it will be a women’s prison. I love Scotland (I live there but I’m not Scottish) but I hate the SG, they’re 100% in on gender politics, no matter who it hurts.
