I thought this case had been dropped? I'm sure Sall said that (I paraphrase) she wanted the case to go ahead because she's confident she would win and that would set a precedent that men can be excluded from women only spaces

I do very much share your hope that a Federal judge will weigh it all up and choose wisely. It is tempered though by great unease.

I remember Sal saying that she has to employ people to double check AI as there were so many men trying to access the app (no matter what their gender identities). As well as being creepy I think some of these men just thought it was some sort of game to beat the system and get one over on females having something for themselves.

Tickle was included on this program discussing female sport. Along with other notable male sports people such as Layt - from the 00’s NSW female rugby. It is always interesting though to see Mianne Bagger included. I wonder how much longer some media will include them considering they now express regret at the policy changes they forced through with their case in international golf.

To say you can identify as female-sex is to say that sex and gender are the same thing.

One thing I detest about trans activists it's how they taunt women with statements that gender and sex are separate things and then the next moment they're arguing for male people to be in women's single sex spaces because of reasoning based on a combined sex/gender concept.

And yes, it will all depend upon whether or not there are single sex exceptions, like there are here. Presumably, Sal Grover has already established that, otherwise she wouldn't have been able to set it up in the first place.

The thing that gets me, as it does every other woman, I'm sure, is the agenda. Never mind the law, the agenda, which is undoubtedly, undeniably sexist, is being shouted from the rooftops.

What's the point in having laws to limit sexism, if you stand by and watch them be exploited to exactly that end??
