This case proves everything. Either

a) this is transwoman who poses just as much a risk as other males or
b) this a man who used the protection of laws to falsely access women’s spaces by pretending to be a transwoman.

Of course it will be dismissed because it’s never enough, it’s always n + 1.

@Ramblingnamechanger - no, I'm sure this would not count as real evidence as far as Nicola Sturgeon and the SNP are concerned. Evidence is only real evidence if it supports the SNP 100%.

A recent poll showed that two-thirds of Scottish people do NOT agree with the SNP's gender law reforms. If a poll had a similar result, in favour of another Indyref, Nicola would be trumpeting it from the rooftops, insisting that ignoring such a result is ignoring the democratic will of the people of Scotland. Strangely she is completely silent on the result of this poll. So she and the SNP are only interested in the democratic will of the people of Scotland if they agree with the SNP. Righty ho.

I’ve said before I wish a paper as big as the Mail would just say no to the IPSO imposed pronoun rule and force IPSO to take action against them. It would make a great case. I don’t know why the Mail are such cowards on that, toeing the line. Just no. This is a man. He exposed his penis to women and children.

This is an absolute insult to women. I hope HE gets a lengthy prison term.

On the plus side, it may encourage some on the fence to see how ridiculous it is...

It really puts paid to the 'if anyone is behaving badly in a woman's space you can just report them and it will be dealt with' theory, doesn't it?
Because of course what actually happened was the woman reported this sex offender flashing and all the enlightened, left wing media accused her of making it up. Meet the new boss same as the old boss.

A biological male, Merager - who said he would fight his case in court before suddenly going on the run in September 2021 - faces 11 charges in total for the pair of incidents, where she allegedly used his status as a transgender woman to access women's changing areas and show his partially erect penis to those inside.
