It seems to me that this man changed his legal sex deliberately, as a get out clause, for when people catch him perving on women and girls in single sex spaces.

There are absolutely no laws against women moisturising their legs, or being naked in a communal changing room, or looking at people.

I think in this case, using 'she' while making it clear that this is a male is the clever thing to do. Those who support GI either need to accept that this is a transwoman who is a sex offender with a penis, proving that these do in fact exist, or if they say it's a man masquerading as a transwoman they'll have to work out what the difference is and commit the 'literal violence ' of not respecting 'her' preferred pronouns!
