That's hard-hitting. So, it's on record that a convicted murderer in Canada was granted day release to find a prostituted woman so he could meet his 'needs', and he murdered her.
So why is any other country considering making this policy? The obvious results came to pass. Why do it again?
We lock up rapists and murderers to protect the public. Letting them abuse some women seems contradictory, no?
