Hertfordshire Police put out their tweet for Trans Remembrance on Armistice Day, before any posts were made about actual Remembrance Day. It was.pointed out by many commenters but there was no comment or acknowledgement from the force at all.

The tweet makes no reference to Wales. It's a world wide day.
