Dylan Mulvaney vs Micheal Jackson

Watching Dylans tik tok videos on days of girl hood. I originally was supportive of Dylan as an obvious, gay man. Probably just as affected by toxic masculinity as any woman.

I thought his videos were just light fluff. But I've just watched him do a reaction video to all "the haters". Then it struck me his faux vulnerability, his insistence on behaving like a child or young teenager.

This is exactly how Micheal Jackson behaved.

Dylan is an adult living a fantasy life as a girl, including all the stereotypes of young teenagers. He even tried to enter a space reserved for young girls at Disney Land.

Every time I see Dylan now I can't help but compare him to MJ and how MJ tried to live out a permanent boyhood fantasy. Including extreme plastic surgery. Changing the body to be in line with the inner fantasy.

Posting as I thought it was an interesting comparison and if anyone else sees this.

Have you seen the video of them on The Price is Right 🤮

Dylan's videos are actually quite offensive if you take them as a serious representation of what Dylan thinks a woman is. On the 'first day of being a girl', didn't Dylan claim to have cried three times ? And a load of other insulting, sexist stuff.

Except Michael had real mental health issues and infantilised himself as away of escaping from his difficult and tumultuous adult life. Dylan is not just doing that but doing it as a “girl”- something which is very harmful to women and girls.

Yes, you're right its the pitch and tone, also the body language. The scary wide eyed look he has, which I see with MJ in his later years. I think DM has a good voice pre girl hood, but very musical theatre, which is not really my thing. Nothing like the talent of MJ.

But no matter how talented there is something similarly "off' about both of them. The huge desire not to be their original self but something else completely. Acting out a childhood vulnerability to try and get everyone to believe they are special and extra vulnerable.

I believe Dylan also appeared onstage in The book of Mormons….then when covid hit the acting work dried up, this is the latest revenue stream…

His videos always look like spoofs, prancing around in the park looked ridiculous.

I can't figure out Dylan Mulvanney at all. When I first saw them I assumed it was parody, because surely no one would openly be that offensive about women. But then when I looked at the Instagram, there was talk of hormones, surgery etc and I realised it wasn't parody, at not on the surface.

What's more terrifying is all the people lapping it up.

I know others have said that if this is some sort of 'experiment' to see how far one can push trans ideology, and how offensive one can be towards women before people start to question it, then Dylan may actually be putting themselves in a very dangerous position.

Until he was a ‘girl’, he used to be a front singer in a band called ( I think) the ‘Y’ fronts. Yup, he performed in his underpants, nothing else. Some serious issues there, I think.
Dylan wasn’t / isn’t as talented as Micheal Jackson. But he’s good enough to fool the President of The United States, apparently.

I see what you mean - the faux naivety, asking for gentle understanding, the tone and pitch.
