Skirts are a particularly useful tool for flashers, aren’t they? There are several benefits including
- Ease of penis access
- Less accurate police description
and, of course
- Access to quiet spaces where there are likely to only be women and none of those pesky other men, who might intervene due to old fashioned protectiveness coupled with male strength.
Of course, no man would abuse these advantages. Only a bigot would suggest it.
