The strip is not new. Jordan came up on a thread about the unfortunate failure of the sh9w tw 'comic', Jen Ives?, at the Fringe. Either on a Sadowitz or Gussie Gripper thread. There was a bit about his show and him coming out naked on stage 'like a toddler' (urg!). That was several months ago.

So, in the past Jordan seemed to be self deprecating about their own maleness.

Was this song new? I hadn’t noticed it on their YouTube.

And was the strip known to be part of their act? If so, surely if you have a patron you know their current work and check all their activities to ensure they stay in line with the values of the charity.

What does it mean to be a "patron" of Educate and Celebrate? What do their "patrons" do? Couldn't find anything about patronage on the website.

Is there a list of patrons? Maybe FWR could offer to do due diligence for them. (Sorry, just joking.)

Patrons are there to promote charities, bring in publicity and donations.

Unless he's had a suddeen career change, and used to be a punch and judy act,what publicity did the charity think he was going to attract?

I'm only just catching up with this person. I didn't know Gray was even part of this organisation, even in the role of patron.

As far as I was concerned, Gray was a smutty comic who took the piss out of their own transgenderism. Writing stuff where they threaten a co-worker with a hate crime, that sort of thing.

It's notable that transgenderism is so often associated with adult sexual performance.

Linking it to children in any way is dodgy (imo).

“As far as we are aware” just doesn’t cut it. ANY group that works with children in any way should have robust safeguarding checks in place whereby someone with this person’s lengthy and well known online activity is picked up? JG did not get a gig at the Palladium without already being very well known in JGs circle or allies? Even the advertising poster for the gig would make people question their suitability as a patron of a children’s charity FFS.
