This one is a great example of the dissonance that KJK causes to some people.

Remember when KJK was ripped to shreds for saying something like ‘get off your knees’ about another group of women. And yet, here is a poster saying it to us.

Also, you seem rather prejudiced about the posters on this thread. You seem to think you are the only ‘working class’ person here. I assure you, you are not. You certainly don’t need to lecture anyone on who ‘working class’ women are.

I have been in receipt of the proceeds of that merchandise at protests and rallies. I am rather grateful that she produces signs and placards.

The Labour party are a shower of treacherous fucks and if any group needs to 'get off their knees', it's the sneery, patronising women who call themselves WPUK who remain beholden to the Labour Party even when the LP have shown their contempt for them.

No-one has to agree with KJK but there's a great deal of un-evidenced slander and she seems fair game. Imagine if I started a thread like this about, say, Kathleen Stock because I believe her to be a dishonest, bullying, cowardly, self-serving, clueless about the reality of women's lives, careerist? That's my view. I'm not going to make an entire thread and enter into fights with people who disagree. Yet there is thread after thread here about KJK because she's deemed an acceptable target. That reveals considerably more about those going on and on than it does anything KJK has supposedly done.

Working class women are educated as well. Get off your knees ffs. Stop allowing charlatans on the grift like KJK to "allow you to speak". (And purchase her extensive products) Have you heard yourselves lately?

To add to my comment below, she speaks plainly and clearly so women like me can understand the issue. And as I've said before, she doesn't make women like me feel unwelcome unlike some feminists and their purity spirals.

She is wholly genuine in what she does to promote women's sex based rights, child safeguarding and freedom of speech, whether people approve of how she does it or not.

It is perfectly fine to disagree with her. I think however, believing that she has ‘played’ us is laughable.

Anyone who listens to KJK knows perfectly well they are not going to agree 100% with what she says while still supporting her initiative and her achievement in giving a platform for others to speak.

It is strange though that so many people try to portray her supporters as believing her to be some kind of messiah. It really misses the whole point.

If KJK retired from the public eye, the groups that formed due to her initiatives would remain. Across the world. She is human. She spread the word in such a way that women understood. She has had some missteps, but she is not a charlatan.

She is not selling something that is fake or flawed. She is encouraging people to find their own honesty.

I'm also working class and she's not trying to speak for me. She's encouraging me to speak too. That's what many people don't seem to get.

Ahhh... the number of times male posters were gravely offended by that. I remember the ones who then tried the twisting of 'but I should be able to stay in those spaces'! Even while acknowledging that women and girls were never asked, males just gave each other permission, and that there were issues with safety. BUT... then tried the emotional manipulation of 'but I feel unsafe anywhere else and it will take time - just in the meantime I should be able to feel safe and stay'.

Fuck! If all those lobby groups had started from the position of seeking an equitable solution to start with, this issue would be well and truly fixed with third spaces.
