Anyone watching Friday Night Live? She’s just announced she is “gay”. Is this a deliberate move away from lesbians who are increasingly being targeted for being gc?

Everyone thought Ben Elton was GC because of his book, Identity Crisis, which contained a lot of satirical comments about gender identity.

To be fair, I'm not sure he's got any say in booking acts for FNL, and I assume nobody knew that they would pull the naked stunt (although no excuses for the misogynist song he sang, which must have been pre-vetted).

This is a fantastic point.
The UTTER outrage here on Mumsnet even, in the threads about Sadowitz, who as you rightly say has been getting his dick out for 40 years or more as part of his act to a select audience who have PAID and probably expect to see it.
He's then labelled as a deviant, a pervert, committing ACTUAL violence and causing people to feel "threatened" and "unsafe".

TW gets their cock out on TV probably with millions viewing as well as a live audience who definitely did not expect it, and it's some sort of act of bravery or defiance or some shit.

And this is what the "be kind" handmaidens want us sharing out safe spaces with, someone who has no qualms about getting their dick out at the drop of a hat. How many actual women do you see behaving like that? Seems to be a bit of a male trait does it not?
