This can't be real

Wellies54 · 18/09/2022 21:04

Surely if a well respected long standing member of staff comes in one day and behaves really weirdly, they should be offered support and some time off. The school appear to not care about the wellbeing of their pupils, but also the wellbeing of this teacher, whose bizarre behaviour is being seen around the world, totally destroying their professional reputation. They seem so keen to be open minded that they've lost sight of what is appropriate. Everyone needs boundaries.

Xenia · 18/09/2022 20:18

Canada is too woke left for its own good. Surely the very first day this person came into school with the massive fake b reasts the head should have said - go home and change.

I work with a TW @ImherewithBoudica and have quite a few acquaintances who identify as women. They are my age or older though and generally dress like Cilla Black (for want of a better expression) which for me is interesting in and of itself.

They are mortified at this nonsense. Nothing they have ever done was to make women feel uncomfortable, they just want to live their lives. I want them to live their lives. It’s utterly ridiculous.

My point exactly with D.Hayton.

It's very obvious that this kind of behaviour is not part and parcel of the TQ+ identity, and trying to pass it off as such helps no one.

Do they know they've never done anything to make a woman uncomfortable? Would they change their behaviour if they were told they were doing so?

Which work bathroom does your TW colleague use?

Did any other teachers, click on the link, and breathe a sigh of relief that the image wasn’t of them? 😂

I wonder what the dress code is for female pupils at the school? We used to get written up for anything above a knee length skirt.

Find any female member of staff who has ever gone to work dressed this inappropriately. Any. Just one.

Stand this teacher next to Debbie Hayton for example, also a TW and a teacher. Anyone ever seen Hayton dressed anything less than professionally? Because I haven't.

Getagrip123 · 18/09/2022 18:00

This is ALSO the kind of thing we were told "would never happen", be KIND to those put upon little trans people just quietly trying to live their lives.

They just want to blend in etc.
No-one will exploit self ID etc.

Bullshit.

TheKeatingFive · 18/09/2022 18:00

True

MsRosley · 18/09/2022 17:51

Anyway you look at it - and it's pretty hard to tear your gaze away - this bloke is doing us a massive favour.

ReunitedThorns · 18/09/2022 17:44

Some men will do whatever they want to do. Unfortunately this is the result of no one being able to say "No".

But what worries me is right-on articles like this:
https://www.blogto.com/city/2022/09/oakville-teacher-shocks-huge-prosthetic-breasts-shop-class/

The writer is concerned about the feelings of the man (mentioned only as a woman).

How can people keep a straight face when defending this rubbish?

HashtagShitShop · 18/09/2022 17:11

I'm not just large chested mine are large to the size of there being a real posture and backache problem. I am an L cup.

If I went to teach a class with no bra and my clothes stretched to obscene limits (aka wearing things too small for me because sadly when you have a large chest we ladies know that you have little chance of hiding them but clothes that fit are a start.....!) and my nipples on display I wouldn't be treated like this person has been and supported. I'd be told how inappropriate it is and hauled before the head!

God knows rape victims get told they must have deserved what happened to them because of what they're wearing often enough - even when it's nothing provocative.

Stop the world, I want to get off 🙁

Getagrip123 · 18/09/2022 16:28

If I was a genuine trans woman (old school) who just wanted to "live my life" (cliche I know) then I would be depressed as hell about stories like this.
Surely it just makes their lives that much harder. It is men like this who will be the downfall of the TRA movement, there is only so much that normal people will tolerate before the whole thing implodes.

It is a spectacular own goal for the trans movement.

This is clearly an adult male indulging in a sexual paraphilia, and including unwitting children in that behaviour.

And to justify it in any way means you agree with that - with using children as props in a sexual game.

This is what we have come to, that the sacred caste of "trans" is so untouchable that they can exploit children right under the noses of the authorities, and not only is nothing done, but is it lauded as "inclusivity".

Disgusting human being.
Disgusting school.
Disgusting authorities.

YesitsBess · 18/09/2022 14:38

Thanks for that @ImNotAnExpert

Thats quite incredible isn’t it? So female students can be written up but the teacher can’t?!

WandaWomblesaurus · 18/09/2022 14:19

This is the school saying that this man's sexual fetish to have an audience of children looking at his gigantic fake breasts is a human right.

WandaWomblesaurus · 18/09/2022 14:14

WandaWomblesaurus · 18/09/2022 14:13

Someone has posted the school policy dress code

MarshaBradyo · 18/09/2022 14:10

GrabbyGabby · 18/09/2022 11:14

Jesus fucking christ.

The rights of men to openly involve children in their fetish win.

This is why i will fight this shit til my dying breath. Because this is the endgame. And it is vile.

You’re right it is and I agree

I don’t want that here and yes I would object

ImNotAnExpert · 18/09/2022 14:09

pdf under the 'Students' tab: oth.hdsb.ca/

ImNotAnExpert · 18/09/2022 14:08

Here:

'● Dress codes must prevent students from wearing clothing or accessories that display (but are
not limited to) the following: images, logos or language that portray ethnic prejudice, racism,
sexism, vulgarity, gang-related markings, obscenities, profanity, hate speech, and/or
pornography.
...
● Dress codes must prevent students from wearing clothing that exposes or makes visible
genitals and nipples.

ImNotAnExpert · 18/09/2022 14:07

I posted it yesterday, Yes. It specifically states that pupils cannot have clothing that shows nipples. Which I found surprising.

ImNotAnExpert · 18/09/2022 14:05

I very much hope that the children will be protected. The children are the ones that need a safety plan, ffs.
