No - all they wanted was to get on with their lives the way the rest of us do - just quietly living in a way that helped them feel comfortable with themselves , and certainly not drawing attention to themselves in any way. Most people were happy to accommodate that. The one's I met in the course of my work were just ordinary, nice, and actually gentle, people. None of this aggression and abusiveness which I associate with the demands of the TRAs.
Why are they all so unattractive? You never see a good looking man deciding to put on an awful dress and a terrible wig? Don't they get dysphoria?
I know @marvellousmaple - they are aggressively repulsive - it's almost as thought they were making a thing of it deliberately. "It doesn't matter how foul I am - I'm a woman and you just have to lump it! Maybe they hate women so much that they do it intentionally.
But you are right - there is never a George Clooney lookalike among them, is there?
