@Leafstamp what we mustn't do is sink to their level. I do get your point

It will be very interesting to see just how the Police deal with (1) the threats against KJK and this event and (2) the actual event.

As Datun said eyes of the media will be upon them.

DialSquare · 07/09/2022 10:39

What on earth does Willoughby mean?

This sentence could be used for all Willoughby's mutterings to be fair.
A new T-shirt slogan maybe?!!!

ScreamingMeMe · 07/09/2022 09:36

India Willoughby having a normal one again.

What on earth does Willoughby mean? It's transactivists who have threatened her, not the other way round.

obviously hasn't read it.

Last time I listened to her ( a few days ago) she compared TRAs with pedophiles. I love her, but if she keeps saying things like that it is not going to end well for her

Nice little threat there.

Well they have been threats in advance before. And then behaved shockingly wirh no intervention from the police. Let's hope the media coverage makes the difference.

Solidarity to the brave women who will be in Brighton.

Datun · 07/09/2022 09:10

The Daily Mail is on it. Right. They have set the story up by announcing the threats before the event.

No way they're not going to cover the event.

It looks these threats and the police bias in favour of the men who make them are about to hit mainstream media.

Musomama1 · 07/09/2022 07:45

Would so love to come and meet some GC ladies irl. I just hope the police doesn't try to disperse Standing for Women in the same way they told the lesbians at Pride to go home.

risefromyourgrave · 07/09/2022 07:29

This has inspired me to put my brave hat on and go to the event in Brighton. I wasn’t going to as I was a bit trepidatious (not sure if that’s a word TBH), but now I’m just angry….

Ladyof2022 · 07/09/2022 07:00

How can the police protect the women when they have loudly and proudly announced their allegiance to one side by covering themselves with the aggressors' rainbow insignia?

ArabellaScott · 06/09/2022 23:38

Ereshkigalangcleg · 06/09/2022 23:02

That's a credible threat and I'm sure they can find out who sent it.

Yes. And yes.

FemaleAndLearning · 06/09/2022 23:25

Not a very nice tweet at all. I agree that is incitement. It may have been posted anonymously by the pride group but there will only be a handful of people who can post on that Twitter account.

I'm really looking forward to Brighton and have ordered a new t shirt. Can't wait to meet new friends and listen to all the wonderful voices.

KJK did a great video on this earlier

I'm so excited to see what other well known great women turn up too.

Link to Eventbrite to register if you are going. Of course lots of transactivists have signed up too! I believe it is to aid police planning.

Bosky · 06/09/2022 23:22

The police pointedly ignored all the evidence presented to them of violent protests being planned in advance of the Bristol SFW event. Maybe coverage in the national press like this will shame Sussex Police into taking action. These thugs need to taken to court and convicted to learn that they, and the police, are not above the law.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 06/09/2022 23:03

Incitement, rather.

cariadlet · 06/09/2022 22:36

They might be shamed into policing it properly if it's been covered by national media in advance.

Hoardasurass · 06/09/2022 22:35

So can we expect to see riot police ready to arrest the TRAs when they start to threaten nd abuse women as they did at the last 1 or can we expect the usual blame the women and do nothing 🤔

EllenLRipley · 06/09/2022 22:25

Look at the comments! :)

ArabellaScott · 06/09/2022 14:19

Terrifying. When will the police step up to protect women?
