Hard to keep track of all the cases I've read about, and I'm delighted about that! Heroic women one and all, with each case putting an unwelcome spotlight on Stonewall and their acolytes.
In most cases, the judgement, whether fully favourable or not, has added to the mounting pile of evidence other women can use. Remember that judge (in Maya's original case, I think) who found that a belief in the facts of biology was 'not worthy of respect in a democratic society? I bet that woke a few people up!
Does anyone know if someone's keeping a list of all the women's rights/ free speech cases that have come to court since the trans stuff began?
