I watched his comparison of Ricky Gervais and Nish Kumar trans jokes

(Not sure how to make it a link on my phone)

and then went on to watch his interview with Glinner and a video of his reaction to a talk from a 'non-binary femme trans gay man'

Mr Menno is fabulous!

Absolutely love him. I was surprised to learn that he is Dutch - his command of English is amazing, and not a trace of an accent.

He's so courageous and outspoken in defence of gay people, women, and children who are being casually tranced without any proper investigation in to their motives for wanting to "change sex".

Love him!

Is NK ever actually funny? Because that was pretty dire in terms of humour. It was a lecture, no jokes.

Are Nish's histrionics because he's TWAW or because he hates Ricky Gervais? I'd be a bit worried for his mental health if I was someone who cared about him.

I love The Bugle and Nish has really made me laugh on there for years, OP.

I think Andy is a satirist through and through and would never sacrifice comedy for an ideological stance, but his sister is v TWAW and Nish is starting to get more of that in. I always thought I'd see him live one day, but that clip is bonkers, profoundly ironic and spectacularly misses the point on all counts, to boot. I wouldn't pay for that display!

Great video from Menno. He knows what's what.

I used to think nish kumar was ok but after listening to him a few times on The Bugle*, I have realised he is totally up his own arse. Not sure if the cocaine use he is forever boasting about is part of the problem.

Ranting about how shit another comedian is just highlights his own lack of comedic abilities.

*a podcast by Andy Zaltzman that has guest comedians and satirists but is also quite a lot about cricket.

I'd thought Nish was a bit immature but trying to carve out some comedy space. I'd thought he was not a bad lad but just trying to back the right horse and be famous. I'm no big fan of Ricky but seeing this I'm thinking Nish has lost the plot. So Nish, I suggest you 1) stop screeching about anything 2) look at evidence and review your values and 3) align your commedy not just to what you think will be briefly popular but something you can sustain. Is this really where you want to position yourself?

Nish does sound seriously deranged and beyond angry. Frightening that women wanting to retain single-sex spaces should be the cause of such a violent reaction.
This is the best video Menno has done. So powerful. And I agree he's a smasher. More Mennos would be cheering.
