We do our children a massive disservice if we don’t help them to grow up able to tell fact from fiction, and able to understand and process their emotions in a healthy way. Hiding behind fantasies and delusions is simply sweeping the real issues under the carpet and leaving them there to fester.

Letting off steam with laughter is healthy. We mothers of teenagers are faced with this oppressive authoritarian ideology in our homes daily.
