Lol. RMW coming across as reliably shit so far. Aggressive and also unsure.

dworky · 16/06/2022 15:16

Let's see what RMW has uncovered, this morning

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 15:15

I find RMW has quite a confrontational tone and body language

tigertactics · 16/06/2022 15:14

Is it me or is EJ a little short with RMW...

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/06/2022 15:10

Let's see that first class legal mind do its thing!

tigertactics · 16/06/2022 15:08

Oooh, questions from RMW. Can't wait.

Mr Brown does ask asinine questions. Was it necessary to ask JE if he agreed that on page one of his application he had to provide his name, address and phone number? Ridiculous waste of everyone's time.

It reminded me of Jenny Swayne's police interview, where he asked her what was she going to do with the stickers.

She simply said 'stick them on something'.

Mr B's nonsense has the same feel!

Perhaps UKCP are throwing metanoia (spelling?) under the bus?

Yes, that's what I thought too. A touch of "wasn't me, it was them".

chilling19 · 16/06/2022 14:41

Blimey, Allison's ET was much more interesting than this.

Not sure what the argument is here.

Nor me. Seems so trivial. What is he trying to gain?

chilling19 · 16/06/2022 14:23

Not sure what the argument is here.

chilling19 · 16/06/2022 14:21

The difference between director and register? Is this important?

WearyLady · 16/06/2022 13:51

Closing submissions have to be in by 18th July. Witness statements will conclude this afternoon.

WearyLady · 16/06/2022 13:34

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 13:33

Who is RMW representing? Is it the third respondent

Yes.

WearyLady · 16/06/2022 13:33

The judge looks like he's going with the argument for having submissions sooner rather than later.

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 13:33

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 13:32

Oh this is all because someone had delayed things

WearyLady · 16/06/2022 13:32

Fighting talk from Ms Reindorf - the third respondent has already caused considerable delay.

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 13:28

Did they not know the tribunal was happening? Why have none of them left time in their diaries

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 13:24

Oh and RMW has a public appearance next week

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/06/2022 13:24

RMW outlining how busy RMW is

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/06/2022 13:21

If they didn't waste so much time, they wouldn't have this nonsense.

I think James need s quite an impressive witness.

iirc, James Esses was formerly a barrister before deciding to switch his focus and occupation.
