Learnt to type on a proper typewriter and it wasn't as loud as that. They should all be wearing headphones to block the sound out.

I think RMW is trying the Boris Johnson tactic of throwing out lots of confusing questions and suggestions and hoping to baffle people into submission

Is RMW trying to show that the individual was not under the direction of the UKCP? Even though that person wrote the document which the training was based on and was running the training for UKCP
