Who do we complain to about this? Who oversees the CPS?
This person has been openly hostile to women on social media.
I want to write a letter, who's the best person to complain to?

I'm writing to my MP. He then forwards my missives to various ministers who used to write back with various incoherent civil service "we love mixed sex showers / be kind and ignore safeguarding for children" " speak. Recently I've got much more appropriate coherent responses.
