As she has now finished - and may not feel like trawling through the other tribunal threads, understandably - I wanted to put up a thread for her with no discussion etc, just saying how brilliantly she did. Allison*, if you're reading this, you are utterly impressive, courageous, gracious and fearsomely intelligent. Thank you and well done. 💐

*I am being a little presumptuous with your first name - forgive me, 'Ms Bailey' felt weird (and a bit too Hochhausery). 😉

I want some of her cool, calm superpower. She chaired one of the WPUK meetings I was at, she is so impressive. Total admiration for her composure this week.

I admire you Allison, how you have the strength and fortitude to stand up and do the things you do and say the things you say ( for all women, not just for lesbians, ) I don’t know. You are a credit to womankind, thank you.

The emotional stress over the years must have been immense, so I'm really hoping you can dedicate some time to focus on yourself, and hope you have lots of self-care treats forthcoming.
