Allison Bailey v Stonewall - Employment Tribunal hearing

The Tribunal will start on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

I have sent a request but haven't had anything back yet. Hopefully nearer the time.

i reconnected without using the drop down selection about camera and mic. I entered and immersed selected from the pop up menu that immediately appeared.

I can see but I'm unnerved that the chat list isn't showing that we all have our cameras and mics off.

Do we all have the evidence bundle? Ah, judge commenting on that.

Sounds like you're fine but they can't shut off camera remotely (although they can mute you). I'm paranoid too - borrowed one of DD's Peppa Pig stickers to cover camera - but if you pop up in your pyjamas we'll warn you. 😀

You have to turn off your camera and mic in settings.

I'm getting "waiting for the conference host to join" does that mean we're all in the lobby?

During Maya's hearing, there was a man (with his camera on), loudly eating his cornflakes and fiddling with his flies.

The Judge had to step in and remind him to turn off his camera and mic.

Okay it's started, lots of people viewing, clerk trying to sort out who is who, feel a bit sorry for him.
