The Tribunal will start on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

I have sent a request but haven't had anything back yet. Hopefully nearer the time.

Thanks, ickky!

Just seems a bit rude, like he won't directly answer BC.

The correct procedure is to reply to the Panel Chair. I was told this before being a witness and it is in the advice for witnesses guidance.

EJ - "Garden Court is trying to fix Mr Lue's equipment" 😀
Lue often asking questions to be repeated when he dodged them before.

Lue still not answering questions!

Zeugma · 03/05/2022 15:47

'Let's just break it down a little bit' - the words we all want to hear from BC <rubs thighs expectantly>

Can't believe that GCC have a set up that produces so much feedback. They must have to do video conferences all the time.

And be indifferent to the discourtesy involved for deaf people or anyone who needs assistive technology. (GCC)

Motorina · 03/05/2022 15:46

Lue is as slippery as a greased eel. He's also much much less clever than he thinks he is. That's not a good combination in the face of a competent barrister.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 03/05/2022 15:45

Mr Lue appears to have never used any form of tecnology in his life before 😳

nauticant · 03/05/2022 15:45

It's amazing how much fluency there is now in the cross-examination after the technical tweaks.

EmbarrassingHadrosaurus · 03/05/2022 15:45

Justice shouldn't be hostage to the cheapest software with none of the features that make it usable. <grumble>

This is false economy and one of the worst examples of it.

chilling19 · 03/05/2022 15:45

JUS5 FOCUS IN MY QUESTIONS!

nauticant · 03/05/2022 15:44

So much for AH trying to pin the blame for the feedback on BC. It seems the problem was at GCC.

chilling19 · 03/05/2022 15:44

How shambolic! The judge is very patient. I would be crying by now. 😩

oviraptor21 · 03/05/2022 15:44

Hope Mr Lue shows a little more humility now.

oviraptor21 · 03/05/2022 15:43

So many of them just don't have the first idea about the basic settings 🙄

chilling19 · 03/05/2022 15:43

We have Kate!

ickky · 03/05/2022 15:43

WOOHOO Kate Barker is audible.

nauticant · 03/05/2022 15:42

OMG, Kate Barker is now audible! Hallelujah!

nauticant · 03/05/2022 15:41

Robin White speaks. Interesting.

Motorina · 03/05/2022 15:40

@ickky ahhh phew.

Motorina · 03/05/2022 15:40

Ameanstreakamilewide · 03/05/2022 15:37

I can see you, @Motorina

In my defence, I'm away camping, haven't had more than a scratch shower for days, and have just taken the dogs for a looooong walk across mud flats.

I normally look much, much more glamorous than this.

I have repositioned my camera-blocking packaging.

I had probably better log out before peeing, hadn't I?

Rightsraptor · 03/05/2022 15:39

I am so glad I am muted as I keep making very disrespectful comments about someone and their possible motives. And it's not Ben.

Zeugma · 03/05/2022 15:38

The judge has lost it.

Signalbox · 03/05/2022 15:38

Just seems a bit rude, like he won't directly answer BC.

Yes it does sound rude. I think normally people don't end their sentences with "madam" so it is less obvious that they are addressing the tribunal. But the evidence is for the tribunal.
