Looking at period pants - and the first review is this.

Clearly getting a sexual thrill - and M&S have given it a platform. I reported, but still live - so I guess M&S are happily going along with this.

@MumThatsNotFair

These are the men we don't want in our toilets and changing rooms. These are the men that will go in.
Exactly. And these are the men who are fucking it up for everyone.
GibbonsGoatsGibbons · 23/03/2022 21:05

M&S enable flashing in their changing rooms (easy to safeguard against flashing in women's changing rooms you just have to exclude males) so it comes as no surprise at all that they are enabling the virtual version of flashing.

So grim & why my family haven't spent money in there in about 5 (?) years- as my youngest inherits the older kids clothes from the loft I've really noticed just how many basics we USED to buy from M&S

@DoYouSeaWhatISea

My tween daughter is looking at products like this on various sites, trying to prepare her for periods. It makes me sick to my stomach to think she may stumble on a review like this. I’m going to have to do the research myself, I can’t chance her finding this filth.
It's sickening isn't it. When you think of the vast porn-ridden cess pit that is the internet and how full of vile, harmful and disgusting content that parents need to shield their children from, the fact that you can't trust that your preteen daughter can shop for something as basic as this without being exposed to yet another man's disgusting fetish is beyond unacceptable and it's so disturbing that the people running the site allow it despite numerous complaints. M&S obviously have zero respect for their female customers and couldn't care less what they are exposing them to.

Lurkers. We are legion!

Now showing as 661 votes.

I submitted a lengthy scathing response. Pity I didn't copy and paste my 'rant' about this perverted review before I submitted it as I could have emailed it to the boss of M&S.

I've reported and will email the CX.

M & S once refused to publish a review of mine. They sent me 3 pairs of tights described as "navy mix' - there was one brown, one black and one navy pair, and I politely suggested they weren't what I had expected. My review didn't meet guidelines apparently Hmm Jesus, I despair, I really do.

There's the boss' email.

Bumping the email address of the ceo. I’ve emailed my thoughts.

That’s pretty much what I said when I emailed the CEO Steve Rowe. It’s really sickening to think these perverts could be in the fitting rooms as well. I asked for the fitting rooms to be made safe women only spaces. Women as in women who do not have a penis.

It beggars belief that this review was permitted. Bet ol’ Daphane will be very excited in his period pants at the thought of it being out there in the world.

Somanysocks · 23/03/2022 19:43

I gave a withering report.

IcakethereforeIam · 23/03/2022 19:40

Will I miss it when it's gone?

user1471443411 · 23/03/2022 19:36

Bumping so other MNers can truth bomb the reviews - currently at 10 thumbs up, 613 thumbs down. TTFD!

IcakethereforeIam · 23/03/2022 16:55

Jaysus, just noticed - wife and partner?

Betty91 · 23/03/2022 16:40

Have reported and was on about 530 thumbs down -

He's described himself as athletic and a size 16 and the comfort got 1 star because his ball kept falling out.?

(Before any pronoun police reports me - he's self described cross dresser and says "other men" in his blurb so is not TW)

Nnique · 23/03/2022 16:35

Exactly. And that’s also exactly how they feel when they frequent the changing rooms too. Including bra fitting services.

FlowerArranger · 23/03/2022 16:32

I find those reviews uncomfortable I think because I'm certain the writers got off on submitting them

And they get off even more whenever they think of the discomfort women feel when they read them...

ChickenStripper · 23/03/2022 16:13

@ifIwerenotanandroid

He loves them but gave only 1 star for comfort?

And the disconfort didn't give him a clue that THEY'RE NOT MEANT FOR HIM?

Despite them making his small cock look very feminine ?

FFS these men get on my tits - my real ones, that is - yup grown by myself too ! 🙄

Polly99 · 23/03/2022 16:01

M&S have form for this and a really high proportion of the knicker reviews are by men. If men want to wear women's underwear because they find them more comfy or pretty, I don't care. But I find those reviews uncomfortable I think because I'm certain the writers got off on submitting them. Also, honestly it puts me off buying those pants because in my head they are then men's wank pants.
I do note that M&S website "lingerie" is not a sub heading of "women" so perhaps cross dressers are a key demographic for them.

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 23/03/2022 15:56

Also reported. That's grim Angry

DobbyTheHouseElk · 23/03/2022 15:51

I’ve emailed Steve Rowe. I think he may have a full inbox from that review.

Grinperhaps he’s going to have a little toddler tantrum and reprimand M&S for not being inclusive for not ensuring their underwear for women (= for the female anatomy) is comfortable for men?
DobbyTheHouseElk · 23/03/2022 15:27

490!!! Go Lurkers!

TofuDelights · 23/03/2022 15:14

466 down votes now, and yes, there are a lot of us lurkers!
