I don't know an awful lot about it other than a woman was dragged to the floor by 1 or 2 trans activists males (of course).

Like the behaviour on display at FiLiA it's quite clear that that all feminist activism is considered a target. This was a march/vigil about male violence against women and not specifically to do with trans activism.

Perhaps the usual defenders who pop up on FWR could explain why this is?
