I think there is so much to worry about with Ukraine, I wasn't expecting this statement from MI6 about freedoms.... I think a whole society is at risk yet there is more pontificate and point scoring which suggest a 'wall influence.

Hospitals are being bombed, people's homes are being shelled while they are in them. People are being displaced and parents are packing their children off to family and friends abroad, they may never see them again. Healthy adults, ordinary people like you and me are taking up arms to protect their home and country, but no. Let's focus on the most important things here. How are the Q and the T fairing up?

Every single person, male, female, adult, child is focused solely on survival. This is not the time for virtue signalling.

What a lot of effort to silence the legitimate view that the Head of MI6 is prioritising seeking the approval of Stonewall rather than doing his fucking job and focusing on the terrifying events that are killing people in Ukraine.
It's interesting isn't it that the monitors would choose to target this particular thread...

And a small point about the language of Moore's original tweet - "distressingly"??? We get accused of being pearl clutchers all the bloody time, but distress to me evokes images of maiden aunts reaching for the smelling salts, not the holocaust and devastation that Putin has unleashed upon Ukraine..
