They sound like an ideal candidate for a womens prison.

Well said Cindy and totally agree with you. This man should not be put in a women's prison but seeing as he seems to get off on so many charges he probably will not even do any time. This person sounds deranged and should be locked up for a long time and in a man's prison or somewhere for those still with a penis who call themselves women but not in a woman's prison as so unsafe for the female prisoners.

What confuses me is that this person wants gender reassignment surgery but seems to spend quite a lot of time enjoying their male body parts.

But she was hauled back before courts in May last year for breaching her notification requirements for the 11th time.

It would be like the first attempted prosecution for transphobia, which was that farcical persecution of the transsexual Miranda Yardley.

Can you imagine the first ever IPSO fine being fora newspaper calling a man "he"? They'd never live it down.

I agree but their hands will be tied if they don't want their knuckles rapped.

Although as I've noted before, IPSO has apparently never actually fined anyone for anything since it was founded. Not even serious misreporting. It's a toothless tiger.

Why shouldn't a newspaper campaign on this point and dare IPSO to try enforce this. If IPSO even dared to do so, I think it would be a fascinating fight, and I think the newspaper would come out financially and reputationally ahead.
