Miss B is a 14 year old who is gardening supported by FairCop.

"Like many teenagers, Miss B. likes to discuss cultural issues with her friends and peers as part of a diverse and open school environment. However, the new APPHCG guidance from the College of Policing could see a “non-hate crime incident” recorded against her name, should a person to whom she is speaking – or a third party, such as a teacher or fellow pupil who did not even witness the incident – report her, however unfairly or mistakenly, for expressing hostile or prejudiced views. "

As the College of police are not appealing Harry Miller's win both Miss B and Sarah Phillimore can now proceed.

Sarah Phillimore's gardening is considering whether The police should not secretly record us as 'hateful'

It's freedom of speech if it supports the narrative. It must be based on inclusion, but male-focused inclusion.

Inclusion of women's rights = CANCEL / BLOCK / TERF!

WandaWomblesaurus73 · 18/01/2022 18:11

Children can decide to go on life changing hormones and have body parts amputated = yes be kind! Use rainbow thread!

Child decides to go to court to define scope of her right to freedom of thought and speech = NO NO NO must be silenced at all costs!

What clowns. We see the kind of things you like.

Thanks @ChristinaXYZ I've not heard of Ovarit before, just looking now. Similar to MN as it's chat rooms?
I joined Giggle through the app, but didn't go far into it. I prefer anonymity as see the nasty pile on women who stand up for pro-science receive on Twitter.

crosstalk · 18/01/2022 15:53

Greta Thunberg? She felt strongly about an issue and was supported by her parents to try to make a change.

As PP have said, if you are making life altering changes for your own life at this stage with adult help you can stand up for your rights in other ways.

FrankBurnside · 18/01/2022 15:39

but you won't be laughing when they eventually come for YOU for expressing legal, valid views.

Some people never think ahead do they.

whowhywhenwhat · 18/01/2022 15:36

I think it's the down side of the ease data collection and processing. People start collecting data and making files on all sorts of things just because they can. Unfortunately the validity of the data is not always questioned rigorously enough. Too often it's quantity over quality. If we're not careful all these sophisticated systems are reduced to being huge gossip machines.

yourhairiswinterfire · 18/01/2022 15:25

It baffles me that people are against this

This is the police unlawfully interfering with our human rights. Is that okay with some people as long as it's only happening to people they don't like?

The police were compared to the Stasi, Cheka, Gestapo. Is that how you want to live? It might be funny to you whilst they're only targeting your ''opponents'' and acting like henchmen for MRA misogynists, but you won't be laughing when they eventually come for YOU for expressing legal, valid views.

Terfydactyl · 18/01/2022 15:12

Women and girls go to court to push back for rights that should not be in jeopardy
Exactly so.
I never ever thought I'd be fighting to keep my single sex spaces as single sex. It just never occurred to me pre 2004 that a scenario like this would or could happen.

And then of course along the way somehow children were drawn in and started mutilating themselves with surgery, legally even before 18 years of age. I mean ffs dystopian future that no one ever wrote about.

Plus bumpity bump

@Enough4me

I tried to link to the crowd justice page, but not sure if I can do that.
There are links on twitter or you can search using keyword on the crowdjustice site or have a look at the activism page on Ovarit (you can browse Ovarit without being a member).

Lots of plopping in action on this thread. And apparently these posters always engage with discussions but we just refuse to listen to their replies ... Confused

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 18/01/2022 13:52

Excellent post Artichokeleaves

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 18/01/2022 13:47

Actually Blueberry going back to your early post yesterday it's highly likely Miss B could find herself in this situation. Given that it's basically anything anyone says that another deems offensive, hostile etc. And given she is a female who wants to be able to openly debate there will be an individual just sat dying to be offended.

Goatsaregreat · 18/01/2022 13:39

@Artichokeleaves

A brief look around FWR would make it clear that it is happening. All the time.

This makes me so angry.

 • You're not allowed to complain about this male supremacism and biological disadvantage of being born female while the male people at the heart of it tell you that they want you to pretend that sex doesn't exist until you have absolute cast iron proof you have been harmed

 • Then we'll exclude you from services, tell you you're a bad person who doesn't deserve services for not making your life all about a male stranger who matters more than you do, and threaten to take action including police and a criminal record while refusing to record what happened to you

 • We'll tell you repeatedly that what happened to you, whatever it was, was not bad enough to justify anyone caring, and you probably deserved it for being traumatised/disabled/of the wrong faith/thinking you had rights

 • If you fuss and try to push this or go public, you risk a huge pile on and death threats (Hi JKR) and rape threats while we try and get you silenced

 • If you succeed in getting it to court, we'll get our rich lobby to fight on the grounds that males are much, much more important and you're a bad person with bad friends who has no rights in law anyway and ought to just be harmed quietly and appreciate it.

Just wtaf are people thinking here that they don't believe children should be allowed a voice to stand up to policies that harm them ?

It's flat out male supremacism. Covered with a police enforced demand not to mention that it's bleeding obvious sex exists and doesn't shift because we all know who wins and who loses and isn't even allowed to talk about their needs.

Yes! Brilliant posts Artichokeleaves It's long overdue that women and girls name and challenge the male supremacism at the heart of all this.
Well done this young woman.

Yes, I hope they do. I missed the link initially but saw another poster mention the crowd raiser so went back and found it.

I tried to link to the crowd justice page, but not sure if I can do that.
It’s easy to get to, as in click on the Twitter link and the post is at the top. So hopefully others will do the same.
Helleofabore · 18/01/2022 11:11

@Helleofabore

Because some posters don't like women who say 'no'. And draw firm boundaries that exclude them. When they feel they are fully entitled to cross those boundaries because they are male.
This is a general post. Not aimed at anyone.

I don't know why Blue is concerned about how we spend our £. I get all mine from the American far right Christians.
I've got so many $$$$$$$$$$$ I don't know what to do with them
Well that's what Twitter keeps telling me Grin

ArabellaScott · 18/01/2022 10:47

No, links to crowdfunders aren't allowed, Enough.

Anyway, looks like two healthy gardening projects going on here. Great work.

What I love about gardening @BlueberryCheezecake is that you start with your pretty barren patch of land where it looks like you have no chance of a single sprout surviving, then over time as you fertilise it & work the ground repeatedly the soil becomes richer until it's ready for your garden to thrive.

It doesn't matter if this time your plant doesn't grow, you are preparing the ground for the next plant to succeed or the plant after that until one day you have a garden bursting full of life.

Alekto · 18/01/2022 10:33
@BlueberryCheezecake why do you think the 14 year old girl, who has legitimate concerns, should be prevented from taking this to court?
MRAs aren't supportive of women campaigning for their own interests.

Helleofabore · 18/01/2022 10:28

@PurgatoryOfPotholes

Being told they have no choice but to undress and shower alongside teenaged males, because the teenaged males want it and have feelings, and the female children's feelings about it don't matter. They are much less important than the male ones, and their bodies are not theirs to control for their own privacy, dignity and comfort, their bodies are something male children have a right to make use of.

This. Why does a girl always have to suffer first due to these policies before we can act?

@EeeIcouldRipATissue I'd like to know what you think about this.

After the School Board voted 5-2 to allow male students who identify as female into girls' locker rooms, two students reacted

Two passport-style photos of students. The left image shows a smiling teenager with pink hair and glasses. This is labelled with the quote

and attributed to a [named] Transgender Student at the school.

The right image shows a sad-looking teenage girl with brown hair. This is labelled with

"I feel uncomfortable my privacy's being invaded. As a swimmer, I change multiple times, naked, in front of the other students in the locker room."

It is attributed to another [named] student at the school.

I look forward to @EeeIcouldRipATissue 's reply.
